#71: When Molly McGee (she/her) founded Awaken, she wanted to share the transformative power of a healthy and consistent morning routine with her community and beyond. Through the tools of affirmation, intention, yoga, group discussions & more, she teaches folks how to change behavior patterns and build the life they strive to live. With this community and accountability, not only did Molly completely change the trajectory of her own life, but also the course of her recovery. Check out the episode to hear more of Molly's story, including:

- Her recovery journey, which includes time in a treatment center, a relapse at 3 years, and ending up in the hospital with a 10% chance of survival, to healing and learning the tools that she now teaches in Awaken.
- Listening to your body and your intuition. Although Molly follows a routine, she checks in with herself and has compassion, as some days we can't always give 100%.
- Why Awaken is such a miracle in her life, as she went from feeling intensely isolated and hopeless and to feeling a deep rooted faith that these lessons are something bigger than her.
- Her experience with liver and kidney failure, and the miracle of her survival and recovery as she retrained her mind and body to heal.
- The lessons learned from her near-death experience, and how this changed her outlook on her life.
- Neutral thinking: how to take the emotion out of your thinking to focus on making the next right move.
- The importance of community and self-love - "everything revolves around love!"
