Liz McKean (she/her) is the Director of Marketplace Operations for the NewForm App, an innovative digital community platform powered by The Phoenix. Liz is a yoga teacher and person in recovery living in Rochester, NY. After years of struggling with anxiety and drinking, she discovered strength and sobriety on the yoga mat, and soon after found her community with The Phoenix. Liz and her team cultivate partnerships and digital community through The NewForm App, breaking down barriers to recovery and mental health resources, events, and communities. She is also a cohost of the Rise Recover Live Podcast, where she and Bryce the Third share stories from all pathways to recovery.
