Angus Morton: Owning Your Story
Show Notes

#14:  Angus Morton is a documentary filmmaker, a sportsman, and a person in recovery. Joining us for this conversation fresh off a film project, Angus shares his story of substance use, recovery, and relapse from the perspective of a person in the public eye.

In recovery, Angus' relationship with the activities he had already been passionate about did not wane, they simply changed. For him, sport was both a path toward addiction and a way to break out. And his approach to filmmaking and his lifelong dedication to creativity simply expanded when he chose to tell his story and process recovery through art.
